2. Preferred effect: infinity mirror, frosted RGB, star or programmable Pixel.
3. Clear floor length and width, including units (m or ft).
4. Required panel quantity if already known.
5. Product, panel size, connection and controller if adding to an existing system.
6. Power availability and venue restrictions.
7. Desired lighting patterns and control workflow.
8. Setup frequency, transport and flight-case or carton requirements.
9. Edges, spare parts and documentation needed.
10. Destination country and requested delivery date.

Ask the supplier to confirm the final panel layout, compatible accessories, electrical requirements, packing and order terms. Panel protection ratings do not establish full-system outdoor suitability.

Example: a 6 x 6 m layout of 50 x 50 cm panels uses 12 x 12 = 144 panels, before perimeter edges. 6 m is approximately 19.69 ft, not exactly 20 ft.
